"To provide some background on Traveling Software, we are a communications software company specializing in remote control and file transfer applications. In an effort to expand our marketing efforts and take advantage of new communications technology, we began a business plan to develop a home page on the World Wide Web.

"About half-way through the planning process, we chose to bring in Successful Marketing Strategists. I felt they had a very broad understanding of "Cybermarketing," and had really done their homework to understand the strengths and weaknesses of marketing online.

"The session Craig Settles conducted served many purposes. First, I wanted a reality check on the research I had put into the project so far. A comprehensive session provided insight into what we were doing right, but also pointed out areas where we might improve our plan.

Second, we invited upper management to the presentation, and I found that an outside opinion was very beneficial to garner stronger support for the project.
