reaping the leads
AT&T Wireless wanted to increase its lead-generation during several conferences at which it was playing a major sponsorship role. The carrier also wanted to provide its account reps with tools to help them better manage prospects through what can be a complicated sales process, as well as highlight some of their key partners.
AT&T decided to

- distribute copies of Wireless, Inc. as lead generators and a planning tool to help prospects a build business case for wireless,
- have Successful.com develop AT&T-branded guides for designing and launching wireless pilot projects and
- also have us create intranet and Web site content to help sales reps qualify and manage leads.
